Boundaries-Sold

Boundaries are hard, but it isnt until we begin to set them, protecting the broken aspect of others that we allow to be reflected within ourselves, that we can begin to heal, to feel safe, to acknowledge we no longer need to be trampled upon.

With that acknowledged, we can then tend to our own inner garden.
